We, as a Nation, are living in perilous times. But I don’t have to tell you that! What I am going to tell you is that we must be willing to rise up and go to war against the government that has abandoned the Constitution and instead has made us slaves of the Crown of Government. Of course I will tell you why and how!
Let’s start in the present and move backward. Don’t worry, no “conspiracy” theories here, just some facts.
All members of Congress, their aids and staffers and their immediate families, the President and all White House aids and staffers, and their immediate families, the Supreme Court and their aids and staffers and immediate families all have something in common. They are exempt from a law that all individual citizens must comply with or face a fine, or as the SCOTUS has called it, a tax. They have placed themselves above the people. They have stated loudly that they will pass laws that they themselves do NOT have to follow, but the citizens of the United States MUST follow. This is a blatant violation of the Constitution. Congress cannot pass laws and not follow them. They are the elected of the land and therefore susceptible to the same penalties as the rest of us.
Think about it. If it is legal for Congress to do that, then they could pass laws against anything they wish and exempt themselves. Murder, extortion, kidnapping, larceny, and any other law they pass could include an exemption. Whether it’s called a tax or a penalty doesn’t matter! Exempt from a tax penalty that others cannot claim, or exempt from a fine that others could be ordered to pay for non-compliance, is all the same. So the President and Congress has subverted the Law they demand We The People adhere to!
Just as the colonists had to pay taxes and tarrifs that the people in England didn’t have to pay, even though they were still British citizens at the time. It is what led to the American Revolution! It is WHY there is a United States of America! And for this reason alone we should rise against our government. But there are many more.
I heard a Congresswoman recently say that although 95% of her constituents were against military action in Syria, she was going to vote FOR military action in Syria because “sometimes we have to make decisions for the good of the people.” Well, Ma’am, THAT is not why you were elected! You are a REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE. And to represent the people, you must vote as the people COMMAND YOU TO VOTE! Our representatives have forgotten their place, and we MUST direct them back to their place. That is our duty to the Constitution!
This administration has weakened our military. He has found ways to remove senior officers, he and Congress have defunded the Armed Forces, they have placed pride in ones “sexuality” over the honor of being called an American soldier, he has placed us in jeopardy by removing forces against Generals dire warnings, and killed hundreds of children through drone strikes. Yes CHILDREN… This has fueled jihadist’s fires around the world.
This administration along with Eric Holder illegally sold guns to druglords and intentionally allowed those guns to go I to Mexico (a violation of international law in itself). Some of those guns have killed Americans. Understand this: If I give someone a firearm, knowing that they are going to use it to commit a fell y, then under the law, I am JUST AS GUILTY as the person who commits the crime! Federal law ANDstate laws hold me accountable! WHY HAS Obama and Holder and others NOT been held accountable? We THE PEOPLE MUST STAND UP AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!
Obama and the State Department sat and watched REALTIME as Ambassador Chris Stevens and 3 others defending him were attacked and killed. It has been shown that Chris Stevens and at least two of the others were still alive after the first attack. The administration could have saved their lives, with time to spare. But instead, they called off the rescue mission, and several hours later, Chris Stevens and 3 others were dead. Ambassador Stevens was tortured, beaten, raped with a cattle prod, and murdered, as Obama and Hilary Clinton looked on. The next day, and for a month afterwards they blamed the attack on a video, yet evidence has shown they KNEW it was a planned terrorist attack. But Obama, Clinton, Susan Rice and other administration officials intentionally lied to the American people. They conspired AGAINST the American people. And for this, they should be held accountable…
There are so many more violations by this administration and by Congress, when any one of these is enough to constitute a forceful removal by revolution.
It is time for the American militia to rise up against these tyrants. It is time for the United States Military to STAND UP and uphold their oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies BOTH foreign and DOMESTIC! Obama, Clinton, Holder and at least 1/2 of Congress should be classified as DOMESTIC ENEMIES, for they have violated their oath, and they have both intentionally and unintentionally subverted the Constitution, and committed crimes against the people of this great nation.
It is time friends, Patriots, and Soldiers. It is time to hold them accountable. It is time to define for them why our Founding Fathers preserved our Right to bear Arms within the Bill of Rights!

Good article but you forgot to include the bureaucrats and police officers/deputies/Sheriff’s too. 98% of them are in active contempt of the US Constitution/Bill of Rights because they enforce unconstitutional laws/policies/codes, etc. That makes them every bit guilty just as the rest you mentioned are. When you violate your oath, you become a criminal & ultimately, a traitor.
